Overview of Courses

The Integrative Digital Wellness Institute offers several courses on different levels.

Course levels outline

1) Digital-wise Parents Course 

Target audience

  • This course should be completed by the following people:

ü  parents

ü  educators and

ü  professionals who have a vested interest in the learning, development and wellness (including health and wellbeing) of his or her own child or a group of children

Curriculum – Five short videos between 5-7 minutes each on the following topics:

  • Quick overview of your child’s brain and body
  • Key indicators of a child who may already be diagnosed with ADHD or maybe in the future
  • Key features of Digital Screen Syndrome and why it can be confused with ADHD 
  • What are the tell-tale signs of Digital Screen Addiction?
  • What are the next steps to take to help your child restoring the health of your child’s brain and body? 

2) Digital-wise Fan course

Target audience

  • This course should be completed by the following people:

ü   individuals, including employees and employers

ü  parents

ü  educators and

ü  professionals who have a vested interest in the learning, development and wellness (including health and wellbeing) of his or her own child or a group of children

ü  You can enrol for only one or two or more units of this course…in any way that you prefer to progress according to your needs and context.

  • Key features of Digital Screen Syndrome and why it can be confused with ADHD

3) Digital Wellness Ambassador’s course

Target audience

  • You must have successfully completed all the units from the FAN course before you can enroll for this Digital Wellness Leader course. 
  • This course should be completed by the following people:

ü   individuals, including employees and employers

ü  parents

ü  educators and

ü  professionals who have a vested interest in the learning, development and wellness (including health and wellbeing) of his or her own child or a group of children

Curriculum – Several short videos between 8-10 minutes each on the following topics:

  • Quick overview of your child’s brain and body
  • Key indicators of a child who may already be diagnosed with ADHD or maybe in the future
  • Key features of Digital Screen Syndrome and why it can be confused with ADHD 
  • What are the tell-tale signs of Digital Screen Addiction?

4) Digital Wellness Leader course

Target audience

  • You must have successfully completed all the units from the FAN and AMBASSADOR course before you can enroll for this Digital Wellness LEADER course. 
  • This course should be completed by the following people:

ü   individuals, including employees and employers

ü  parents

ü  educators and

ü  professionals who have a vested interest in the learning, development and wellness (including health and wellbeing) of his or her own child or a group of children

Curriculum – Several short videos between 8-10 minutes each on the following topics:

5) Digital Wellness Coach

Target audience

  • You must have successfully completed all the units from the FAN and AMBASSADOR course before you can enroll for this Digital Wellness LEADER course. 
  • This course should be completed by the following people:

ü  educators and

ü  professionals who have a vested interest in the learning, development and wellness (including health and wellbeing) of his or her own child or a group of children

Curriculum – Several short videos between 10-12 minutes each on the following topics:

  • Quick overview of your child’s brain and body
  • Key indicators of a child who may already be diagnosed with ADHD or maybe in the future
  • Key features of Digital Screen Syndrome and why it can be confused with ADHD 
  • What are the tell-tale signs of Digital Screen Addiction?
  • What are the next steps to take to help your child restoring the health of your child’s brain and body?
