Our Digital Rehab and Rebalance Real Life coaching programme helps young and old to break and recover from ADHD, digital screen syndrome and screen addiction. 

This 6-week programme (minimum of 6 weeks) follows a step-by-step approach to develop a healthy relationship with digital technology. It includes a head-to-toe assessment so that you get the full picture of the current state of your digital health. 

Each programme is tailor-made in conjunction with you and based on an interview and different assessments – in person or online. The time will depend on each individual case and context. It may cover 6 – 12 weeks or 3 – 6 months, depending on the severity of digital screen syndrome, digital technology or screen addiction.

The programme follows these steps: 

Step 1 – Environment scan 

Become aware of how your environment is affecting your health. We also affirm your purpose, passion, and commitment, and prepare you for the journey. 

Step 2 – Health and nutrition scan 

Get a full report of your physical health, which vitamins, and minerals you lack, as well as the areas that need urgent attention. This step includes neuro-integrative wellness therapy, as well as setting your integrative neuro-wellness goals. 

Step 3 – Physical development assessment

Receive a comprehensive report and feedback about your physical development and set up an action plan to adapt behaviours. This step includes neuro-integrative wellness therapy, as well as adjusting your neuro-integrative wellness goals. 

Step 4 – Social and emotional assessment

Gain insight into your social and emotional health and well-being, and review and adapt mindsets. This step includes integrative neuro-wellness therapy, as well as setting your neuro-integrative wellness goals. 

Step 5 – Spiritual and values assessment 

Reflect on your spiritual well-being and review and cement your values. This step includes neuro-integrative wellness therapy, as well as setting your neuro-integrative wellness goals. 

Step 6 – Your Hero’s Journey – The way forward

Review your Hero’s journey and success milestones. This step includes mentoring and accountability feedback loops to succeed. Get ready to move and pay forward!
